The 1500 LPH UPVC RO EDI system is an industrial high purity water production unit that combines reverse osmosis (RO) membrane separation technology with electrodeionization (EDI) purification. feed conditioning – Raw water from a 2 m³ tank passes through three UPVC vessels: sand filter, activated carbon, and cation softener. Each vessel has an automatic backwash valve. A brine tank supports regeneration. A cartridge security filter protects the RO.

Two‑pass RO – First pass: a high‑pressure pump pushes feed through three TF‑8040 membranes in UPVC housings. Second pass: a second pump pushes first pass permeate through two TF‑8040 membranes. Second pass concentrate returns to first pass feed. Conductivity is monitored at three points.

EDI finishing – Second pass permeate goes through a pleated 0.1 µm filter then two EDI modules. DC power removes ions – no chemicals. Resistivity is monitored online. A UV sterilizer provides microbiological control.

Automation and storage – A PLC with 7‑inch touch screen controls pumps and valves. Product water is stored in 4T and 2T aseptic tanks. All interconnecting pipes are UPVC Schedule 80.
