Product Details
The 2000 LPH stainless steel RO EDI system is an integrated high purity water production system designed for industrial applications requiring continuous and stable ultrapure water supply. A 2‑ton SS304 raw water tank feeds three vertical vessels (sand, carbon, softener). Each vessel is SS304 with automatic backwash valves. Quartz sand, coconut shell carbon, and cation resin are pre‑loaded. A brine tank supports regeneration.
Two‑stage RO – First stage uses four TF‑8040 membranes driven by a 4 kW pump. Second stage uses two TF‑8040 membranes driven by a 2.2 kW pump. Concentrate from the second stage returns to the first stage feed. A 5‑micron security filter protects the RO membranes.
EDI polishing – After RO, water passes through a precision filter then two EDI modules (1 m³/h each). DC current removes residual ions without chemical regeneration.
Control – A PLC with 7‑inch touch screen controls pumps, valves, and interlocks. The display shows a dynamic process flow. Conductivity is monitored at three points. Pressure switches prevent dry running.
Storage – Treated water is stored in a 5‑ton SS304 tank and two 3‑ton SS304 aseptic tanks. An EDI booster pump supplies the distribution loop.
