EDI Membrane Replacement Project for Thermal Power Plant

This project involved the EDI system upgrade for a large thermal power plant. The original EDI modules had been operating for many years, and HUAMO provided a professional replacement solution to restore system performance and ensure continuous ultrapure water supply.

The existing EDI system consisted of 3 production lines with a total capacity of 309 m³/h. In 2024, HUAMO successfully completed the replacement of 59 EDI modules, achieving stable operation after commissioning.

After the upgrade, the EDI system delivered excellent water quality with a product water resistivity of 17.55 MΩ·cm, meeting the requirements for power plant demineralized water production.

The successful retrofit demonstrates HUAMO's capability in providing reliable EDI replacement solutions for large-scale industrial water treatment systems.
