HUAMO HM-UF-2880 Ultrafiltration Membrane |
This project involved the replacement of imported ultrafiltration membranes in a large thermal power plant's reclaimed water reuse system. The original membrane modules were replaced with HUAMO HM-UF-2880 ultrafiltration membranes to improve operating efficiency and reduce long-term maintenance costs.
The facility operates 10 ultrafiltration trains, each with a treatment capacity of 128 m³/h, supplying high-quality feed water for the plant's water reuse process. Following the membrane replacement, the system achieved stable performance and maintained reliable operation under continuous industrial conditions.
The successful retrofit demonstrated the compatibility and performance of HUAMO ultrafiltration membranes as a cost-effective alternative to imported UF products in large-scale power plant water treatment applications.
