HUAMO UF-HM-55 PVDF Ultrafiltration Membrane |
This project involved the replacement of imported ultrafiltration membranes in a large coal chemical water treatment facility. HUAMO UF-HM-55 PVDF hollow fiber membranes were installed as a direct retrofit solution, providing reliable pretreatment water for downstream desalination systems.
The system operates at a capacity of 210 m³/h per train and delivers stable water quality with turbidity ≤ 0.2 NTU and SDI ≤ 3, ensuring effective protection for downstream RO membranes. With a recovery rate of 90%, the upgraded system helps reduce operating costs while maintaining consistent performance under demanding industrial conditions.
The successful implementation demonstrates the reliability of HUAMO ultrafiltration technology as a cost-effective alternative to imported membrane products in industrial water reuse and demineralized water applications.
