Product Details

 

The 500 LPH ultrapure water treatment system is engineered as a compact skid‑mounted train integrating multi‑media pre‑treatment, dual‑stage reverse osmosis, and electrochemical deionization. Raw water from a 1000 L SS304 storage tank passes through three SS304 pressure vessels filled with quartz sand, activated carbon, and cation softening resin, each with automatic RUNXIN backwash valves and a 60 L brine tank for regeneration. This pre‑treatment effectively reduces suspended solids, chlorine, and hardness (up to 300 ppm) to protect downstream membranes.

 

The dual‑stage RO loop uses a first‑stage array of three ULPHM‑4040 membranes and a second‑stage of two, with second‑stage concentrate recycled to the first‑stage feed to achieve 65‑75% recovery. RO permeate (typically <5 µS/cm) is then directed through a 5 µm security filter into the KXA‑50 EDI module, where continuous DC voltage removes residual ions without chemical regeneration. Product water is stored in a 1000 L SS304 pure water tank and an aseptic tank, with a 30 W UV sterilizer for bio‑control. All wetted piping, housings, and tanks are SS304, and the entire process is automated via PLC with a 7″ touch screen for real‑time monitoring and alarm management.
